Here’s Wanderlei Silva sparring with some teenager. Silva takes it easy on the kid but he does throw an open palm that looks heavy.
Not a fan of the kid’s dad though coaching him like they’re fighting in the UFC.

Not bad for the kid, he was able to pull guard on a monster like Silva.
