Nate Diaz vs. Melvin Guillard – Guillard is a wild fighter, he is quick on his feet, and a decent wrestler. But, his submission game is suspect. Diaz, however, is known for his submission holds. He defeated most fighters in the TUF show by submission. This is a comeback fight for Guillard, but he won’t be partying after the fight.

Gray Maynard vs. Roger Huerta – I guess acting didn’t work out for the Matador. Huerta left the UFC to pursue acting, i think the real reason he left was because he knew he could never be the champ. But, now he’s back to face the strong wrestler in Maynard. Maynard is a very accomplished wrestler, but that’s it. He’s stand up is okay, but nothing to write home about. On the other hand, Huerta is a decent all-around fighter. His stand-up is good, but his ground control is better. I think Huerta can outlast Maynard on the ground for a TKO.

Carlos Condit vs. Jake Ellenberger – This is Condit’s second fight in the UFC. He lost his first fight to Kampmann via TKO. Now, this is his chance to prove to the world that he was a well-deserving WEC champ. Ellenberger is a good fighter, but not on the same level as Condit. Condit is very dynamic, and he uses his reach very well.

Nate Quarry vs. Tim Creuder – Creuder is on a 5-fight winning streak, but can he pull off his 6th against Quarry? Probably not, Quarry is a dominant wrestler, with decent stand-up skills, however, his striking defense is suspect. Creuder is a good jiu-jitsu fighter, but would rather bang with his opponents. This could be his downfall. Against Quarry, Creuder needs to be flexible with his strategy. But, Quarry will take Creuder down, and dominate him there for the victory.
