Warning, this has a major spoiler. So if you haven’t seen the movie, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

As fans of the show knows, Starscream wants to be the Decepticons’ leader. He always tries to overthrow Megatron, only to get his ass kicked repeatedly. Here’s a clip from youtube:

Now when you watch the live action movie, you don’t really see this angle. There’s a hint of it when Megatron talks down on Starscream but that’s it. Or is it?

Before Megatron gets killed in the movie, he gets hit by missiles. The missiles looked like it came from the fighter planes. But could one of the fighter planes be Starscream. After watching it again and paying close attention to the scene, here’s what I got:

Starscream starts taking out the fighter planes. After he gets overwhelmed, he transforms into one of the planes that attacks him and joins the formation. Two planes are ahead and four or five behind him. You see the 2 planes pass by Megatron. Then the missiles hit Megatron, but doesn’t show who fired it. So it could’ve been Starscream, the fighter planes behind him or both. It’s for the viewers to decide but pretty cool how the filmmakers teased the fans with the Megatron/Starscream angle.
