The subscription at Mattycollector.com for 2011 has begun and the first figure subscribers have received is Vikor “The He-Man of the North.”

Vikor is a new creation in figure form and has only existed on paper as one of the original concept designs for the iconic character He-Man.

Vikor resembles…Well, a Viking, complete with helmet, tattered loin-cloth and “fur” cape. This concept art reject also comes equipped with spiked shield, battle axe and a sword which is sheathed in a great position–sideways along his lower back. The final detail’s of the figure are wrist manacles with real metal “broken” chains attached.…

The 2009 G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra movie figures set a new standard in the line with great detail, a load of accessories and excellent packaging.

The Pursuit of Cobra line gives more of a realistic feel to the classic characters with the inclusion of new Joes and Cobras. In 1985 a favorite stinky figure was released for Masters of the Universe. Stinkor whose plastic was molded with patchouli oil stunk up homes all over the world.

Created by recoloring Mer-Man, Stinkor was given the paint scheme of black with white stripes giving him the appearance of a skunk. Recolored armor from Mechaneck gave Stinkor a cool breathing apparatus so he didn’t stink himself out.

Having one of the coolest and very memorable weapons, Stinkor came with a bright blue shield which was a repaint of the battle worn piece that came with the Castle Grayskull weapons rack.

In the early 90’s the character Bane came out of nowhere and in a few comic stories he freed all of the villains from Arkham, plotted the destruction of Batman and then finished the job by breaking Bruce Wayne’s back.

From Mattycollector.com and the DC Universe is Temple Fugate, also known as The Clock King.

Molded in the style of the cartoon: Justice League Unlimited, Clock King is pretty standard with his brown suit and tie. His glasses do not sport the hands of a clock, he does not have his hat and no clock-hand walking cane either.

As standard as the Clock King is, he is pretty cool to have for a collection. Due to the sculpt matching the figures from Batman: The Animated series, he fits in well.

The impossible to find Walmart exclusive: G.I. Joe battle stations were a headache to find for months. All I wanted was the Heetseek Missile System which was once called the MMS; it was colored green and came with Hawk back in the early 80’s.

Finally, after a lot of patience, I found what I wanted at cost, not 3 times it’s value.

The Heetseek is colored as the second version of the product called the SMS which was an 80’s Sears exclusive that came with a red HISS tank. The black portable launching system with red missiles comes with 2 figures. …
