Toys are always on my mind and I thought now would be a good time to have some toy talk regarding a toy line that has some really cool history about it and is making a nice future for itself. The Masters of the Universe Classics Filmation mini-sub enters its second month with the release of Shokoti! August was certainly the month for magical women on Mattycollector, and Shokoti can easily be checked off the list of long demanded figures to be made.

Not only did we see new reveals at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, but we also got a whole slew of releases this month by way of the regular MOTUC subscription and the first month of the limited 6 month MOTUC Filmation subscription. The Misfits are gonna get ya! Hasbro and Integrity Toys recently released the three original Misfits in updated doll form and right now we are going to look at the head Misfit: Pizzazz! Read on for all the details on the outrageously mean villainous from Jem and the Holograms.

As we step into the hotter months of the year, Masters of the Universe Classics also heats things up with long awaited releases all summer long! June kicks everything off with the first ever release of Octavia, the wicked tentacle-swinging warrior!

I tend to get carried away when I think about the scope of certain older toy lines. Sometimes there were lines that just covered so many figures to collect.
