For awhile now, DC has been releasing a series of digital comic shorts (via Comixology) for the Masters of the Universe. Each digital comic dedicates a brief story to a particular character in the MOTU mythos. Very recently, a new digital short (8th in the series) was devoted to the most powerful woman in the universe: She-Ra.

The single figure for July is Spikor, the spiny, purple, pig-nosed warrior.  One of the most straight forward figures, Spikor is a great addition to the collector’s shelf.

Spikor dons removable armor with pointy spikes that could actually bother you if you squeeze too hard.  His head features the same firm spikes, a great sculpt and some painted up eyes.

The Griffin is an over-sized and over-priced beast monster that really had no purpose except in the 200X cartoon where the villains would ride it into battle. The monster itself is made from the body and front legs of Battle Cat and the wings of Swiftwind. The head, saddle and rear legs are new.
