After seeing Bruce Lee kicked butt in Chinese Connection, he became my first hero…Rambo was my second but that’s a write up for another time. Bruce’s daughter, Shannon Lee, has been trying to revitalize her father’s legend by producing a documentary on spike, working with UFC and releasing 6 inch figures. While I didn’t really like the “elegant” style Shannon brought to the table (it should’ve been more raw and aggressive), there’s new figures that I really like.
They’re 3 inch figures in the vain of Kid Robot’s vinyl figures. The line is called “Bruce Lee’s Temple Of Kung Fu” and it will have 28 figures. The toys will be released in the 3rd quarter for $10 and will be packed in a random box so you don’t know which figure you’re getting. I just want the Bruce Lee figs, the rest I can do without.
