Nick Diaz vs. Marius Zaromskis – This is a great match-up. Diaz is the ultra versatile fighter that can take a lot of punishments, and end up on top. Zaromskis has been on a tear as of late, finishing most of his fights via head kicks. The thing in question about Zaromskis’ game is his grappling. It hasn’t really been tested, simply because his opponents have a hard time taking him down. Zaromskis should be able to keep this fight standing and wins via head kick, then finish Diaz on the ground with punches.

Cristiane “Cyborg” Santos vs. Marloes Coenen – a female MMA bout. Cyborg is the current Strikeforce champion, and the only person to finish off Gina Carano. Now, she is given an easier task in Coenen. Coenes is from Holland, they are known for their kickboxing. But, this is MMA, and Cyborg’s striking is no joke either. Cyborg by multiple punches until the referee steps in.

Robbie Lawler vs. Melvin Manhoef – Another great matchup between two successful strikers. Manhoef is an elite kickboxer with many KOs on his record including the legendary, Kazushi Sakuraba. Manhoef recently KOd Misaki in the first round, and the super thick headed Samoan in Mark Hunt. Lawler is known for his strikes, but he needs to weather the early storm, and win the fight in the second round. If he chooses to trade with Manhoef, he will get KOd. Manhoef’s weakness is his cardio, he simply lacks what it takes to get past the first round. But, he’ll only need the first 3 minutes to land a clean punch on Lawler, and finish him off.

Bobby Lashley vs. Wes Sims – Is Lashley the next Brock? I doubt it, but you can’t blame Strikeforce for trying. Lashley better beat Sims or his career is over. Sims was a decent UFC fighter back in the days, but his recent performance in the latest TUF season was very disappointing. He was very cocky and confident, but came fight day, he was dominated with ease. Strikeforce wants Lashley to win, and my guess is that Lashley will win via ground control.

Herschel Walker vs. Greg Nagy – Walker, a former NFL player will step into the cage for the first time against Nagy (1-1). Both fighters are inexperienced, so this fight can go either way. I’d say that Nagy should win based on….. nothing. It’s really just a guess.
