I knew a movie can get me off my ass to go workout. But it’s not just any movie. It’s 300! Anybody who’s seen it knows how much the Spartans tore shit up. It wasn’t until April 15th that I found this book, “Burn the Gat, Keep the Muscle” by Tom Venuto, that pushed me further to workout. And ever since, I’ve been working out and eating right (gotta get that six-pack!!!). I’ve been slacking off recently, but I’m still aiming for that path. So far, as of June 11th, I’ve lost 20 lbs (about less than 2 months).
I also heard that having darker skin can make you look more muscley (Is that a word?). So I got this fake tanner called Fake Bake. I don’t want skin cancer, wrinkles, or freckles from a real sun tan. This tanner works really well. It turned my pale nerdy skin into a nice bronze tan. But I learned the hard way that this product can stain your clothes if you’re not careful. I decided that if I can leave it on while sleeping, why not while waking? But during the hot summer, my sweat would fuse with the tanner and create a brownish pink stain all over my underwear and shirt.
Pretty soon, I’ll be able to take on thousands of Persians. In the meantime, you can check out my process below.

Don’t forget to use gloves for the tanner or else you’ll end up like this
