Here’s another Michael Cera story about a socially awkward nerd with girl problems…except, this one actually looks kickass, since it’s directed by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz). The story is about Scott Pilgrim trying to win the heart of a girl named Ramona Flowers by defeating her seven evil ex-boyfriends (including the new Captain America).
Now I definitely want to check Bryan Lee O’Malley’s comics out, especially since it has a lot of video game and comic references. Still iffy about Michael Cera, but the movie looks fun and crazy.
