Although Activision CEO Eric Hershberg mentioned a few weeks ago that this was in the works, he officially announced friday night at the Call of Duty XP that the Scott bros will be creating episodic video content for the premium service. It was reported on Nerdsociety recently that Jason Bateman and Will Arnett’s production company DumbDumb will also be creating web content for the Elite TV service.
Scott’s web series will be called Friday Night Fights and will feature live combatants playing the multiplayer game. Besides this little project, Ridley Scott will be rebooting Blade Runner (finally!) and is working on the Michael Fassbender/Charlize Theron sci-fi Prometheus (2012). [Source: Deadline]
