The ultimate X-Men ensemble film is here at last, and with so much ridding on it everyone is understandably curious as to how Singer and company were able to handle a massive cast of characters, two separate time lines, developing the stories of the old & new cast while giving the former a proper swan song and the later a new playground to build future movies out of. With so many things to tackle in a little over two hours, many (myself included) expected a repeat of the Amazing Spider-Man 2, what we get instead is one of the most well rounded comic book movies ever made and easily a benchmark for future movies in its genre.

Good review! As for me, I thought ”Captain America: The Winter Soldier” was the better superhero film. Overall, it’s the 3rd best in the series behind ”X2: X-Men United” & ”X-Men: First Class.”
