At first look Zodac might come off as boring to some people. He comes with armor and a gun and that’s about it. However, I find that the value of the figure is in the details.
Zodac has the body parts, including the hands and feet of a villain such as Skeletor–with fins on his wrists and lower arms and three pointy toes on his feet. It’s the body itself that has such great detail though, Zodac has hair or fur and it’s well detailed throughout his upper body. Basic, I know, but it’s cool nonetheless. Zodac’s head is quite disguised by his cosmic helmet–when I was young it looked like Zodac had a gray beard, turns out it was part of the outfit. It’s all about detail!
The armor that adorns Zodac is the classic cosmic plate with the cool details of bullets wrapped around the lower part by his waist and on the back is a rocket pack which is absolutely awesome. This armor is shared with Wundar the club exclusive figure of the Wonderbread offered He-Man. Follow the link to see my story on that.

The gun or cosmic blaster that is included with Zodac has some nice detail at the tip of the weapon and throughout. It is still reminiscent of the weapon of old.
In the 80’s, Zodac was titled “EVIL Cosmic Enforcer,” emphasis on EVIL. That’s right, between the cartoon and modern writing Zodac was toned down to be simply Cosmic Enforcer or Neutral Cosmic Enforcer. EVIL Cosmic Enforcer is better!
Zodac may be pretty basic for a Masters of the Universe action figure, but to me he is special, a memory of days past and a childhood that won’t come back. It’s almost as though collecting figures brings me back to where it began and to the simpler times–so basic Zodac, you hold a high presence in my collection.
