Here comes another Ultimate Fight Night from the UFC. They always have events before the season premiere of the Ultimate Fighter show. The card looks good, and is free on Spike TV: 7pm Central Time / 8pm Eastern and Pacific
Carlos Condit vs. Martin Kampmann:
This should be an exciting match-up. Condit, the former WEC star will be welcomed into the UFC by the experienced, kampmann. Kampmann has won his last 4 out of 5 fights. He is a good striker, but his ground game is questionable. Condit’s stand-up should be good enough to defend the strikes before he takes Kampmann to the ground.
Condit by TKO in the 2nd round.

Ryan Bader vs. Carmelo Marrero
Bader was last season’s Ultimate Fighter winner. The UFC has invested a lot of money on this fighter, so they will build him up before they give him a real contender. Marrero was once considered to be a dangerous submission fighter in the LHW division, but has lost 2 of his 3 last fights. Bader is a strong wrestler that can take people down at will, but Marrero is an experienced ground fighter, that if taken lightly, can break some limbs. I see an upset here, Bader will take Morrero down, but will get submitted late in the first round.
Marrero by submission.

Tyson Griffin vs. Rafael Dos Anjos:
This should be fireworks. Griffin is like the energizer bunny, he never stops attacking. He started out as a pure wrestler, but has progressed in the sport by becoming an efficient striker as well. From what I remember, Dos Anjos is also an exciting fighter. His last fight was with Jeremy Stephens, Dos Anjos was winning that fight until he ran out of gas, and got brutally KOd. I see potential in Dos Anjos. He has good stand-up and his BJJ is top notch. But, Griffin will be too much for Dos Anjos, I can’t remember the last time Griffin got submitted. Aside from BJJ, Griffin has the advantage in everything else.
Griffin by TKO, early in the 3rd round.
Tyson Griffin pounding away!
Junie Browning vs. Cole Miller:
The annoying Browning from the Ultimate Fighter show will face off against an alumni in Miller. Miller is a lanky 155er at 6’1. Miller should be able to keep Browning away if he uses his reach properly. Browning likes to brawl because that is effective for him. He likes to bully his opponents around. If Miller plays this smart, he can win the fight by using his reach to outstrike Browning before taking him down.
I think Miller will take this fight by submission, 3rd round.
Junie Browning, need I say more?
