You’ve seen Transformers team up with Nike and Star Wars. Now Transformers is teaming up with Disney. The prototype picture is from a Japanese distributor and will retail for $44.99 in the U.S. It will be released in two versions: color and black and white.
Dimensions for the figure hasn’t been announced yet but I think I’ll be getting this figure. I like the “Disney” design when Mickey is in car mode, pretty unique. From the looks of it, Mickey will represent Optimus Prime. Does that mean that they’ll release more Disney Transformers figures soon?

It might only be exclusive to specialty toy stores. Bigbadtoystore.com has it for pre order but no picture of the colored version.

I’m not a mickey fan, but that is pretty cool. I agree, the vehicle form has a nice look to it. This could be trouble though, I think Disney is starting its own army and recruiting kids to pilot their new Mickey Gears. We need Snake now more than ever…
