The anime con AM2 announced that it will be hosting the US premier of the live-action adaption of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Nintendo DS game. The film was directed by Takashi Miike (Ichi the Killer, 13 Assassins) and centers around the first game in the series. There will be two screenings at the convention: one for premium passport ticket holders and another for everyone else with preferential seating given to premium passport ticket holders.
The anime convention will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center (by Disneyland) running through June 15 -17. Tickets are starting at $25. Artists tables are still available for $100. each. Also, there is a t-shirt design contest. Go to their website for more information: AM2.
