Ok, the third episode for Heroes Season 3 starts out ok.  The storyline in this week’s episode revolves around Sylar helping HRG to capture the Level 5 fugitives.  HRG is forced to partner up with his rival in order to stop a group that is supposedly more dangerous than Sylar; meanwhile, Claire ditches school so that she can learn from her mom, who can create fire, to fight against bad guys.  Hiro and Ando are still on their pursuit to find Daphne, the speedster, and Tracy Strauss is figuring out who Nikki is and why Nikki looks just like her.

Spoilers below.

Let’s get to the main story.  Mr. Bennet (HRG) is trying to stop the level 5 fugitives along with Mrs. Petrelli.  After we find out that Mrs. Petrelli is Sylar’s mom, who gave him up for adoption, she convinces Sylar to help Mr. Bennet to capture the level 5 fugitives.  They track them down at a bank robbery, where the fugitives are at. Peter Petrelli is still inside one of the fugitive’s body, Jesse.

Later the group finds out Jesse isn’t Jesse as Mr. Bennet arrives along with cowboy detective Sylar.  Haha, it’s funny to see Sylar pretend to be an agent.  It’s just so out of character.  Anyway, Mr. Bennet gets captured by the villains, and then is saved by Peter, by using Jesse’s power, but then future Peter brings present Peter out of Jesse’s body and teleports.  Now real Jesse is back to normal and tries to kill Mr. Bennet, but he is saved by Sylar.  Now Sylar locks himself in alone with Jesse, and steals his power.  But somehow in the end, Sylar turns himself in.  Still with me? Good.

If I was Sylar, I would have just escaped from HRG.  Sylar is invincible, and he telekinesis.  I guess he is trying to be good so he turned himself in.  That’s why in the next episode, you see Sylar cooking for Peter.  I still don’t buy how he just turned good all of a sudden.  He did kill his foster mother, with a scissor.  And she didn’t even have powers.

And these so called “villains” that’s suppose to be more dangerous and powerful than Sylar? They get taken down easily.  The one with magnetism get’s killed by the other dude with super strength, who ran away from Sylar, and Jesse, supposedly the most dangerous out of them all, gets taken care of easily by Sylar.  There goes the “villains.”

Then we have Hiro and Ando turning against each other, and they find out that the Haitian has the other half of the formula, which is still a mystery. They take out the Haitian, but as soon as they retrieve it, Daphne, the speedster, takes it and runs away.  The Haitian then wakes up and detains both Hiro and Ando, and puts them in what looks like the Level 5 prison.  I’d like to add that the Haitian is pretty powerful in terms of being able to turn off other people’s powers.  He can probably take out Sylar if he wanted to.

Next we have Parkman in Africa, who meets up with a native that has the same ability is Isaac Mendez from Season 1, the ability to paint the future.  Only this time, the native paints with a portable music player.  The twist near the end? He puts the ear buds in Matt Parkman’s ears and now Parkman’s got the ability too.  Hmm, interesting.

Now Tracy’s storyline is moving along.  She seeks out Nikki’s location in New Orleans, and finds her dead body in a coffin.  She is confronted by Micah, who says she looks just like his mother.  Micah uses his ability to talk to machines to find out where she came from.  This leads her to a doctor named Zimmerman.  She later meets him, and he tells her that he created her.  Pretty interesting.

I’m starting to see a trend here.  So Zimmerman can created Tracy with ice powers. Then you got Mohinder giving himself powers.  And now you have the native and Parkman, seeing the future by putting a headphone on.  I bet, it’s got something to do with the formula that Hiro and Ando is searching for.

Now that I’m writing this, it’s starting to piece itself together and now I have a theory.  I’m thinking most of the characters in Heroes were created by this formula.  Do you guys have your own theory of what the formula is? We’ll find out soon enough.
