Jason David Frank aka the Green/White Ranger was spending his Labor Day weekend with fans in Sin City for Anime Vegas.   Over course of the convention, Frank was busy answering questions from fans and signing autographs.  His Q & A was great because he was really enthusiastic and  he loves the fans.  While most of the questions was about Power Rangers, I decided to talk to him about his future in MMA.

I really didn’t expect Strikeforce to be contacting him this early in this MMA career but I’m excited about the news.  If he keeps winning his fights, he’ll be a big draw because of his charisma and his tv background.

One thing I found interesting at the Q & A was his discussion about his MMA clothing brand “Jesus Didn’t Tap”.  Someone asked about the name and he explained the concept in full detail.  Some MMA fans thought the name was overbearing but after listening to Frank, his point of view makes sense and it’s an angle we don’t really see from MMA.

Overall, I was really surprised how cool Jason David Frank was to everybody.  He took his time signing autographs and mingling with the fans.

With my interview, it was suppose to happen at a later time but he saw me pass by and nodded at me.  So we just decided to do the interview right there and then.  He posed for camera after the interview, which is the pic above.  Then he asked me if I wanted a picture with him.  Being a Power Ranger fan, of course I did!  So he asked his friend, Beatriz (sorry if it’s the wrong name, I’m really bad with names.), to take the pic for us!
