that was pretty gay, lol. My father in law is gay, and i saw ‘thats gay’ sometime, he’s never been offended, or keel’d over because it hurt him. Hell i think he says it sometimes. Its just groups of people who wants us to be overly sensitive.
Theres another commercial kind of like this but its about two guys telling there sun he’s adopted and that there guy, lol. I thought it was pretty funny.
Why do we care what people say or think? Usually, I support and appreciate what the ad council is promoting, but this is akin to sensorship. Free speech is a right, not a privilege.
I may disagree with what you say, but I vehemently defend your right to say it.

And also saying that’s retarded is offensive to people with degenerative mental conditions.
That’s fucked up is offensive to victims of rape.
Seriously, every single profanity is derived from meaning, most of which we still use.
If you think about it, does any of the swears we use actually make sense? And does anyone actually mean the original definition?

exactly, as far as some people who take offense to those words and others are looking to be offended. They like the attention, they want to be hurt.
Of course there is a time and a place to say certain swears. I would never say ‘thats retarded’ when im around special needs people. ect…
