Batman. X-Men. Spider-Man. These are the titles you expect to be hot sellers but Godzilla is joining their ranks. IDW has just announced that Gozilla: King Of Monsters #1, sold out within one day. Did I know this comic came out? Hell no. But apparently the comic fans are clamoring to the first issue. Maybe the readers are bored with superhero comics and just want to experience straight out mayhem from Godzilla.
The 2nd print will be out May 11th, 2011. Just like with most comic nowadays, the cover was drawn by a well known artist. This time around, it was none other than Alex Ross (Kingdom Come).
