Reminder to fellow nerds: Tomorrow (Saturday, 5/5/2012) is free comic book day.
Your local comic store will be participating on this event and you can find your closet one here.
A bunch of comics will be given away from big publishers such as DC and Marvel to independent comics. It’ll be a fun event so make sure not to horde all the freebies and leave some for the kids.
Below are some of the free comics from DC. The Superman Family Adventures is definitely for kids with cute artwork. The New 52 is an exclusive comic for the event with a new story written by Geoff Johns and art by Jim Lee. I love the splash page by Lee!
