According to the latest issue of Game Informer, Devil May Cry hero Dante and Marvel’s wisecracking merc Deadpool have been added to the Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds roster. According to the article, Deadpool can teleport throughout environments and uses a special attack where he pummels enemies with his health bar. As for Dante, he will use a dual pistol attack and can enter Devil Trigger mode to boost his speed and power during fights. Marvel vs Capcom 2 regulars Captain America and Felicia (Darkstalkers) have also been confirmed for the game. Game Informer also reports that MVC3 will utilize a simpler control layout similar to the one used in Nintendo’s Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. Most of the traditional combat such as three on three and variable assists will be returning. For those who don’t remember the announcement, Marvel characters Hulk, Wolverine and Iron Man and Capcom characters Ryu, Morrigan, and Chris Redfield have all been confirmed as well.
