Calling all cosplayers!

Has this ever happened to you? You’re getting ready to go to con.  You probably have an outfit ready, stored safely somewhere, let’s say in a little storage room in the backyard.  It’s pretty dark in there too, with spider webs all over the area.  Luckily, you wrapped your outfit inside a protective trash bag.  You take out your flashlight, and while reaching for your outfit, you drop the flashlight upon seeing the monstrosity you’ve just witnessed.

The outfit was a complete mess.

Yes my dear cosplayers, this is what happens when you leave your costumes in a little storage room in the backyard unattended for one year.  There were no signs of a break-in, apparently the suspect, possibly a raccoon or opossum, used some clever method of tunneling to reach its destination.  Even with re-enforced bagging, the suspect was able to claw or chew its way inside the bag and into my tentacle monster costume.

Luckily, my tentacle monster mask and actual garments were safe.  It seemed like it wanted revenge on the tentacles.  Perhaps the suspect was attracted to tentacle rape, and wanted to see what all the hype was about? Who knows, all I know is that my foam tentacles were no match.  I’ve had many fond memories of my tentacles, but sadly, I can’t keep it for fear of rodent retaliation.
