Cosplayers and anime fans were in full force at Royal/T for the book launch party of Ejen Chuang’s, “Cosplay In America.” Tune in Tokyo was on hand to provide the music as guests were boogying to the latest hip Japanese songs. Chuang was overwhelmed with the high turnout and the book sold out by the end of the day.
Fans were asking for Chuang’s autograph, which was something new for the photographer.
“I’m not used to this. Usually, I’m on the back and nobody sees the photographer,” as Chuang explained his newfound fame.
Fans of Chuang’s work were already asking when the second book will come out, to which he responded, “This release will be my total focus for now. Later on, once everything settles down, then maybe we’ll be ready for a second book.”
A fan shouted “Cosplay in JAPAN!” and it got an applause from the whole room. To check out more info about the book, checkout cosplayinamerica.com.
