(wsj) Conan defeats Leno, at least on his first night. Conan’s new show on TBS was watched by over 4 million fans, while Jay Leno received 3.5 million viewers. What does this mean in the long run for our red headed friend? Nothing yet. If 3.5 million viewers is constant for Leno, that’s pretty hard to beat. My guess is both comedians will probably be about even in the long stretch.

Im glad his numbers are up, im sure his ratings will stay around the same as lenos’ numbers. The only problem i have is that my TBS(HD) displays in Full Screen, not Wide Screen, but ill put up with it to see Conan.
