Now out at Wal-mart. I believe that these are Wal-mart exclusives. I’m going to hunt these suckas down. This figure is a steal for $25. It’s a little short on accessories, but I care more about the paint jobs and the texture quality. The articulation looks good just like its smaller counterparts. After work, I’m going to see if any Wal-marts around me will have these.

Also, the timing is perfect for tomorrow’s E for All expo. Expect the tentacles to do unapropriate things to unsuspecting game developers. Hopefully, we don’t get kicked out!…

 

The most anticipated game this fall, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed starts you off as Lord Vader himself.  Vader lands in the wookie homeworld of Kashyyyk.  He’s on a mission to find the last remaining jedi and destroy them.

Ok, I finished the game a while ago and I finally got a chance to review this exclusive PS3 title.  After playing Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, I can say that it’s a fun solid game from beginning to end.

You play as Nathan Drake, a decendent of Sir Francis Drake, who is on an expedition to uncover his ancestor’s secret and the treasures of El Dorado.  You’re joined up with Elena Fisher, a journalist, and Victor “Sully” Sullivan, an old friend who’s in debt with the wrong crowd.…

Before Alone in the Dark came out, I was really looking forward to it.  All the previews that I saw showed a lot of promises; for example, making Molotov cocktails, shooting liquor bottles to create explosions, creating a mini-flamethrower using a spray can and a lighter, and using wooden objects near fire to create a deadly weapon for foul creatures.  I mean, how can it go wrong, right? Wrong!

This game came out of nowhere.  I’ve been playing this little gem over the weekend.  This is the first game that I actually purchased from a console online (That’s got to say something).  It came out on the PSN Network for the PS3 over the weekend, and let me tell you guys, this game is addictingly fun. …

No matter how hard we wish for a real next gen remake of this classic JRPG that redefined the genre, the only thing we’ll get is this 3rd remake on the Nintendo DS.

What we got here is Square Enix pushing the Nintendo DS to its limit to some extent, and showing us that they can perform and outshine visually on almost any platform and at the same time taking us back to the thought of “its not all about graphics.”

It has a mixture of some good CG cutscenes to set the mood for the rest of the 64-bit looking …

As I have been reading around message boards and other random places. I’ve come to realize that obtaining all of the newest Mcfarlane Halo figures (along with the upcoming ones too) will be tougher than anyone had expected. It is bad enough that most of the figures are exclusive to different companies so you wont be able to get them all in one shot at the stores. In series two from what i can see the Walmart ones are tough to get due to the fact most Walmarts’ could care less about collectors. For example, when I was at my walmart …
