 A perfect representation of what EA will do to Star Wars games, rejoice!

The end is nigh, as EA, the most hated gaming publisher currently in existence has (regrettably) made a deal with Disney in which they have the exclusive rights to develop and publish Star Wars games in the next few years. EA promises to create tittles that will span all interactive platforms and every genre in gaming. I was wary when Injustice was first announced.

But then DC made a great marketing move by showing off the game with fans voting for their favorite characters.

Otherwise known as Vampire Resurrection in Japan, Capcom is using the sales from this release to gauge whether they should bother making Darkstalkers 4. I love the graphics from this game. Reminds me of playing Streets of Rage back in the day. The game is available today on Playstation Network for $14.99 and tomorrow on XBox Live for 1,200 points.

Wreck-It-Ralph is a quirky film by Disney about an Arcade character named Ralph, whom after 30 years as a villain, decides that he wants to be a good guy like his opposite, Felix. But, in order to become a “good guy,” Ralph needs a Gold Medal. So, begins his journey. Against the rules, Ralph jumps into different video games to attain his Medal. Other characters get involved in the mix, and try to follow him, including his opposite, Felix.

Rejoice fans of old school RPGs for one of the greatest games of that particular genre, Planescape Torment is getting a sequel titled Torment: Tides of Numenera and through the crowd funded wonders of Kickstarter it has surpassed over 2 million dollars with over 38 000 backers helping to make the project come to fruition. When I first got the shirt from Threadless, I knew that the design looked familiar, but I couldn’t figure out where it’s from. After looking at it closely, and doing the math, it made sense. “This is from that Atari game back in the days,” I thought to myself.
