I’ve just started watching The Tester on the Playstation Network and it’s a weekly episode with new ones every Thursday that’s available for free to download. Thousands of people have entered to be a part of the show, but only 11 were chosen. Cyrus, Star, Roni, Luge, Doc, Amped, Big D, Nauseous, Barmy, Fame Girl and Goof were the finalists. Bungie’s blog  released new gameplay footage for Halo Reach.  Biggest problem for me with the Halo franchise is the crappy graphics.  Even Halo: ODST didn’t look that great and that came out almost 8 years after the original. 

I appreciate that they focused on gameplay first but when is Bungie finally going to upgrade the graphics?  This video probably answered my question because  the graphics are better, colors are more vibrant and there’s actually depth behind the textures.

Yes, I’ve abandoned all expectations for any low-budget videogame-to-movie adaptations, but this little flick looks like it will be at least entertaining and fun. It’s looks to be more on the lines of Mortal Kombat and Dead or Alive compared to The Legend of Chun Li and Dragonball: Evolution.

Getting an ipod touch was probably the best gift I’ve ever gotten in my life. It’s advertised as a touch screen Mp3 player but it does so much more. If you have a wireless router (you can get a good linksys router for 50 bucks or so), you can get online with it and use the touch anywhere in your house. A lot of places also have free, unlocked wifi connections for you to go to surf the web as well. Mark Beaumont’s sudden passing was stated today by Capcom. He was the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Capcom North America and Europe. Before Capcom, he worked at Midway and Activision Entertainment.

Yes, I was disturbed at Capcom for trying to milk Street Fighter IV by releasing another version that I have already purchased last year. But this seems like a legit ultra deluxe version to buy now. Makoto, Ibuki, and Dudley are 3 of the 10 new fighters that you will be able to play in Super Street Fighter IV. Looks like they’re bringing in the Street Fighter III love.

The game will be out April 27 with more fighters, new Ultra combos, new stages, a return to the classic bonus stages and enhanced online modes with a discounted price of $40. …

For those of you with a 360, get ready for the new DLC for Resident Evil 5 available today, while the Sony camp will have to wait until tomorrow to get their hands on this content.

This playable episode focuses on Chris and Jill during their mission to stop Albert Wesker inside Unbrella founder Ozwell E. Spencer’s mansion. This DLC also includes new playable characters, Excella Gionne and Barry Burton. I don’t know about you, but I’m excited about playing Excella in her not-made-for-killing-zombie-attire.
