AKB48: A Musical Collection, Part 4!

AKB48: A Musical Collection, Part 4!

Last time, I talked about that dark side and graduation; this time, I want to focus on the music—after all, they do sing and dance.

UZA:

UZA Grls AKB48: A Musical Collection, Part 4!

In the middle is Minami Takahashi, my AKB48 Oshimen or Number 1 favorite. She is the lord of the yakUZA and looks like she is going to fuck someone’s shit up—holding her Kiseru (pipe), she stares down at the rival families and wears a beautiful Kimono.

On the left and right are her thugs.

On the left is Tomomi Itano who Graduated in 2013. One of the original members from the cover of the first …

legend korra The Legend of Korra Book 3 Episodes 1 7 Review

I’m back baby! *smokes his cigar* and just in time to review my “favorite” TV show, The Legend of Korra. As many of you know, we’ve never quite seen eye to eye given the fact I wanted a quality show and LOK responded to my wishes by pounding me into the dirt and kicking my face in over and over via some truly horrendous writing (and animation in early book 2).
Now it’s back again with a third season promising us a true return to form, does the first half of Book 3: Change deliver on this promise or are we …

LiveLeak is posting footage from a LaserDisc someone reportedly purchased off Ebay for $699. If you’re not familiar with the LaderDisc, it was this very short-lived format that came out late 70’s/early 80’s. The video quality was said to surpass the VHS format of the time but it was huge, like the big vinyl records from back in the day, and you had to of course purchase the LaserDisc player, which it seemed like virtually no one had.

The LaserDisc contains lost footage from the film Return of the Jedi. The video was created as a sort of promo for some …

Trailer: Star Trek Into Darkness Trailer #2

This trailer presents us with another great looking film from J.J. Abrams. I’ve always enjoyed his cinematic styles. The story and the acting seems solid. Just another test for James T. Kirk, Enjoy Trekkies!…

A Scene from Kick-Ass 2

Here’s a short scene from Kick-Ass 2. There’s a few flaws that I noticed already. But, my main complaint is that Hit-Girl is just too big now. She was cooler as a little kid. I will admit that it is always unfair to critique a whole film based on one clip, because we don’t get to see the tone set by the director in the previous scenes.…

only god forgives Red Band Trailer: Only God Forgives

From the director of Drive, comes the trailer for Only God Forgives, starring Ryan Gosling. The trailer is very artsy, and has similar feel to Drive. Gosling seems to be playing the same role, the quiet type.

However this movie may turn out, this is a well made trailer.…
