Art collectible company MINDstyle has posted on its official blog preview images for their new vinyl collectible line the will launch this year. Part of the new line Stitch from Lilo & Stitch will be the latest Disney character getting the Tron make over for Disney’s promotion of the film Tron Legacy. Last year MINDstyle unveiled a Tron inspired V.I.N.CENT from the 1979 Disney’s Sci-Fi classic “The Black Hole” celebrating the 30th anniversary of the film.

A special announcement for True Blood fans, on June 1st across the country in select theaters will be a one-night only-special True Blood Party for fans. The event will include a showing of Season 2’s Finale along with special sneak peek at Season 3. There will also be a special live Q&A via simulcast with members of the cast and director Alan Ball.
Fans can enter to win tickets via the show’s Facebook page but only from sunset to sunrise. Fans will also have a chance to win a $5,000 and awesome memorabilia from the show.

Disney’s STAR WARS Week-Ends is in full effect and part of the week end full of festivities is the annual Hyperspace Hoopla. A dance off showdown where teams compete and the winners are judged by the audiences’ applause. Last year Chewbacca and Jawas got crunk to House of Pain’s Jump Around,” The Ladies of Star Wars strut their stuff to Spice Girls’ “Wannabe,” and Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers brought down the house to MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This.” The competition was non the less…out of this world.

You ever wonder how Aladdin would stack up next to Prince Charming? Or does Jafar tower over Dr. Facilier? Well with a little creativity, a lot of artistic talent, and some free time graphic designer Juan Pablo Bravo from Chile created a infograph showing Disney Characters in there estimated sizes. There is also one for just Disney Villains and Pixar Characters as well.

When Smallville debuted in 2001, I was 21 years old. It was a different time back then and the series is ending after 10 seasons next year. My parents were pretty healthy and we used to watch the show together. NBC has officially canceled the ratings challenged and creatively challenged series. Back in April 2009 on this very site I wrote an article begging NBC to cancel the series and end my torture. At the time I knew the show was a piece of dung, but I was still addicted and faithfully watching each week.
