(wsj) Conan defeats Leno, at least on his first night. Conan’s new show on TBS was watched by over 4 million fans, while Jay Leno received 3.5 million viewers. What does this mean in the long run for our red headed friend? Nothing yet. If 3.5 million viewers is constant for Leno, that’s pretty hard to beat. My guess is both comedians will probably be about even in the long stretch.…
Producer Michael Jelenic talks to MTV about his upcoming project, and his visions for the “reinvention” of the new show. He explains that it’s more likely going to have an Anime feel to it since they are working with Studio4C, the fellas who did the Animatrix.

Good news for Walking Dead fans.
After a more-than-stellar opening episode with 5.3 million viewers, and the second episode with 4.7 million, AMC has decided to run the 2nd season for The Walking Dead with 13 Episodes, the First Season only has 6.

Conan O’brien returns, after getting kick off by NBC and Jay Leno. Many fans were appalled at how he was treated, but business is business. The important thing is that he is coming back, and probably stronger than ever.
