Ahsoka Tano

A  recent blog  for Clone Wars/SW fans asserts that the female characters in Cartoon Network`s Clone Wars  are “over-sexualized” by their “scanty” attire, especially Jedi apprentice Ahsoka Tano and the older Aayla Secura.  It`s true that the male Jedis on the show wear long, monk-like robes and/or cropped pants, while Aayla and Ahsoka wear somewhat less.  But I`m not sure if their clothing can be construed as scanty.  Consider AT`s costume: a leather halter top with a short brown skirt and leggings.  I never thought of it as particularly  sexy or revealing.  This is reinforced by the fact that …

13 year old Rebecca Black has become an internet sensation when her song, Friday, was uploaded on Youtube several weeks ago.  It’s gotten close to 80 million views and the ratio of dislikes to likes is almost 8 to 1 with  1.5 million dislikes and 183k likes.

Jimmy Fallon jumped on the craze and made an epic rendition that’s comical and fun, fun fun, fun….

After submitting Spider-Man, Batman was celebrating in the streets of Jefferson Parish, LA, where he encountered a skinny Steven Seagal.  That’s right, Steven Seagal the lawman. 

Here is the Aikido master stopping Batman for practicing bad Zen. 

Batman doesn’t backdown to anybody, not even to a living legend.

Little did Seagal know he trained Bruce Wayne his signature front kick for 20 years.  Batman finally put it to good use and knocks out his former sensei.

Batman finishes off Seagal with a brutal ground and pound.

Batman then bows to his downed opponent to further humiliate him.…

This fight started after several people cut in line in a San Diego taco shop.  It looked pretty hardcore with the trannies going for soccer kicks.  But when it came to striking with their hands, they were slapping and throwing windmills.  Seeing all the wigs made me laugh though.…

The Valparaiso Cerro Abajo bike race in Valparaiso, Chile is an urban downhill course that winds through the cramped streets of Chile’s cultural metropolis.  On its eighth year, this race draws contestants from all over the world and is held during the winter months when it’s often too cold for many North Americans to ride back home.  The last VCA was just held this past February and Filip Polc won it for the second year in a row.  These races have become pretty popular and I can see why.  Check out how crazy this course is!
