The new chief creative officer (COO) of DC, Geoff Johns, discussed the future of the company at WonderCon. Johns was enthusiastic as ever and talked about plenty of subjects, from comics to movies and personal career.

I remember being a teenager really getting into arthouse and indie flicks. It happened around the time that Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction came out and independent film went “mainstream”. I’d go downtown to catch foreign and indie flicks with no stars, no budget, and no polish, and I’d like them (for the most part) more than many big budget studio counterparts.
