2)  Shannon B – I like the Karate kid movie as it is well made.
I agree, Karate Kid is a classic 80’s movie.  It had a memorable ending and a song that’s used by the UFC once in a while.

3)  Edward – Fist of Legend still holds up as my

Animated Slave Leia Hotness Statue

Animated Slave Leia Hotness Statue

I know, I know, I complain that Slave Leia costume is played out at Cons but when done uniquely, it’s still great.  Like this statue for example, it’s from Entertainment Earth.  It has an animated style but the attitude Leia gives out is sexy.

It retails for $100 and limited to 2,550 pieces.…

Radical Collectible: Clock King!

Radical Collectible: Clock King!

Clock K 1 685x1024 Radical Collectible: Clock King!

From Mattycollector.com and the DC Universe is Temple Fugate, also known as The Clock King.

Molded in the style of the cartoon: Justice League Unlimited, Clock King is pretty standard with his brown suit and tie. His glasses do not sport the hands of a clock, he does not have his hat and no clock-hand walking cane either.

As standard as the Clock King is, he is pretty cool to have for a collection. Due to the sculpt matching the figures from Batman: The Animated series, he fits in well.

The packaging for the Clock King is very basic on the …

And You Thought C-3PO Was Gay…

And You Thought C-3PO Was Gay…

Everyone thinks C-3PO is gay because he has a male robotic voice but moves like a girl.  But could it be that a hot chick is under all that costume?  If you remove the mask and she wanted to go swimming, this is what you get.

Masters Of The Universe Classic’s: Battle Cat!

Masters Of The Universe Classic’s: Battle Cat!

This time they outdone themselves!

Battle Cat from the Masters of the Universe Classic’s collection is an amazing version of the character!

BC 1 1024x736 Masters Of The Universe Classics: Battle Cat!

Sculpted to resemble the 80’s figure which was a static, hollow shell of He-Man’s fighting green tiger.

Battle Cat comes complete with head armor and saddle. The original look is there, however, the modern touches make this the definitive version of Cringer’s alter ego.

BC 2 Masters Of The Universe Classics: Battle Cat!

The detail is awesome–from the carving and molding of fur, to the paint scheme of green with yellow stripes. The eyes and mouth are detailed also. The new improvements are simply the articulation. Battle Cat …

Generic “Star Wars” Space Ship Bed

Generic “Star Wars” Space Ship Bed

Poshtots.com is selling a “space ship” bed for $18,000.  In their description, they never mention Star Wars as the source of their design.  They just describe it as a star ship that includes wallpaper designs that has “army of elite soldiers marching into battle.”  For you non Star Wars fans, that would be the Storm Troopers that always get their asses kicked.  I don’t appreciate that this bed sells for almos $20 grand and the company is too cheap to get the Star Wars license.  For that price, it should also include a Star Trek license, then they can build a …

Vintage Toy: Roboto!

Vintage Toy: Roboto!

It’s amazing how an action figure from 1984 that has a thick piece of rubber holding it’s legs to it’s waist and more moving parts than a radio can survive 26 years in such great condition.

Rb 1 615x1024 Vintage Toy: Roboto!

Roboto from Masters of the Universe or He-Man as most of us called it back in the day; is the original with 1984 molded on the back of his head.

Rb 3 637x1024 Vintage Toy: Roboto!

Roboto’s joints–legs, arms, neck and waist are all tight and appear as new out of the box. His three weapons, the axe, laser and pincer are all perfect and fit tight to his right arm …

The Tron cycle looks really cool in the movies but in real life, not so much.  Parker Chopper Brothers  made a real life light cycle and here’s what you get:

It looks really uncomfortable riding it and bulky.  It’d be good for yoga though, the biker looks stretched out!…
