Like totally! Polly is right, She-Ra’s sword is the coolest sword ever! Man…this is one girly set, but the detail is just too awesome not talk about.

Offered at the 2011 SDCC and then on Mattycollector.com, the She-Ra Polly Pocket mini action figures or dolls as the girls would call them, are well-articulated and well detailed for their size.

The sturdy outer box has some really exceptional comic style art of She-Ra and Frosta on the front…

The 2011 SDCC offered the first ever Queen Marlena action figure from Masters of the Universe. Marlena came with a partially articulated Cringer–Prince Adams wimpy green tiger whom he used as a pillow while loafing away in the royal stables. Queen Marlena also came with a swappable outfit to go from Queen of Eternia to Space Adventurer.

After the convention a reverse version was offered on Mattycollector.com, this version of Queen Marlena had her outfitted as the space adventurer and renamed her package as Captain Glenn

PS3 has supported 3D blu-rays for a while but with the feature turned on, it could only play movies in Dolby or DTS.  Yesterday, Sony released the latest firmware update, 3.70.  The update can now play 3D movies while supporting uncompressed/lossless sound like DTS-HD and Dolby True HD.

I popped in Tron: Legacy and the presentation was awesome.  The visuals looked great, especially the light cycle battle and the sound was spectacular.  The bass was nuts, especially when they’re throttling the cycles. Daft Punk’s score is even more epic because it sounds so clear and smooth.

Here’s the latest action figure I got, Ame Comi Duela Dent.  Bought it for around $50.  DC Direct is a hit and miss when it comes to quality but they hit this one out of the ballpark.  Great sculpt, cool theme and awesome paintjob.

Arkham City definitely knows to please Batman fans and maybe piss them off a little bit as well.  Below are the different Batman versions you can get.  Only problem is that each one might only be available through different stores by pre-ordering.  I’m sure they’ll release a downloadable (chiching.!!…that means money for the developers) pack for the skins in the future but it hasn’t been confirmed.

Clawful is AWFUL!!! …but, He-Man will defeat him and his menacing grip of evil!!!

What a cool figure for this month. I remember having Clawful when I was young and he was one of the best new–at the time–characters that had come out. Half man, half crustacean, Clawful has a great classic sculpt to the point that he looks just like the original. Didn’t have the opportunity to get that cool Starscream & Cobra Commander at Comic-Con?  You might still have a chance of getting it for retail price tomorrow at hasbrotoyshop.com and not pay the eBay prices.  There’s no guarantee what will be available on the site but last year, all of the exclusives were sold online.  The issue was not all of them went up at the same time so you had to visit the site several times a day and check for availibility.

This year’s exclusives included Mighty Mugg, Star Wars, GI Joe, Transformers and Indiana Jones figures.
