Check out this Batman inspired van from Japan. To me it looks like a combination of Scorponok and Scoob Doo’s van. I’m sure this van won’t be going to any drive thru’s in the near future.

Photographer Ejen Chuang was back on the road again over the weekend for New York Comic Con/ Anime Fest. The promoters for the events combined both for bigger turnout but based on the video below, the attendees weren’t too pleased with the integration. Not much info on this guy except that he’s the Marvel Costume Contest winner at the NY Comic-Con. Give it a couple of days, I’m sure that the interwebs will be littered with info about the artist behind this cool costume.
It used to be called Shipwreck, but this year, Queen Mary is calling it’s Halloween themed attraction, Dark Harbor and it’s scarier than ever! There are some changes to the attraction which I’ll cover later but here are some tips to enjoy Dark Harbor:
1) Be prepared to jump! Two of the mazes are really scary and you’ll wish it will just end. They’re pretty long too so be sure you’re brave enough to go through them.
2) Rehydrate. Make sure to drink water after every maze especially if you scream a lot. You don’t want your throat to be hurting …

Just visited Knott’s Scary Farm over the weekend, and overall, it was fun. In this article, I’m going to review each mazes to let you know which ones are worth lining up for. This year, there’s a total of 13 mazes, although, 2 of the mazes are just rides with few modifications.
But, before we get to the mazes, let’s talk about how to get through the night without getting too uncomfortable.
– Wear tennis or walking shoes, if you don’t have any, wear double socks with whatever shoes you have. This will keep your feet from hurting early on.

We’ve had baseball, comics and even garbage pail kids trading cards but artist Len Peralta has a new offer for nerds, geek trading cards! 29 cards have been revealed from the 52 card set and features geeks such as Kevin Smith and Adam Savage from “Mythbusters.” Peralta’s projected consisted of interviewing one nerd per week and putting the fun stats on the cards.

Anime Vegas was a small, but fun event held at the Alexis Park Hotel in Las Vegas. The cosplayers came in full force, and there were plenty of high-quality costumes for the cameras.
