I was going through my toys tonight when I came across these 2 figures. They’re articulated enough that they can bust MMA moves. Of course it was a one sided fight as Batman got Spider-Man in an armbar in the 1st round!
Batman is from the DCUC line, while the web slinger is from the original Spider-Man movie line.…

Scheduled for release on October 18, 2011, the game looks to be much more bigger than the original. It’s cool how the environment is used for gameplay. Batman can use his grappling hook to catch a chopper or zipline between buildings. Plus he can float more since there are so many buildings. The details in the characters seems to be better than the first game.

Rob Liefeld maybe hated by the hardcore comic fans but after all these years, he’s still working with major companies and even has his own projects. CBR has released an exclusive page from his latest comic, “The Infinite.”
I’m actually impressed with the artwork. Looks much more detailed and the human anatomy looks great compared to his previous work.
The Infinite comes out in August.

Warner Brothers is having a Green Lantern filled event on Friday, April 1st, at Wonder Con. They will have signings from the Green Lantern live action movie including Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively at 4pm, followed by panel discussion at 5.
The Blu-Ray and DVD feature “Green Lantern: Emerald Knights” will also debut the same day, followed by panel discussion.

Warner Bros. has announced that Diane Lane will be playing Martha Kent in Zack Snyder’s take on Superman. She is the second cast member to be announced so far. Oddly enough, this is not Lane’s first brush with the man of steel. She also co-starred with Ben Affleck in Hollywoodland, which was a film about the death of the actor who played Superman on TV, George Reeves.

I was telling a friend that Human Torch died and we joked around who would replace him. We both said Spider-Man because Marvel can’t have enough of his appearances. Then CNN announced that Spider-Man will join the team. Come on Marvel, are you guys that predictable? What we didn’t predict was that the new Fantastic Four will have a revamped costume consisting of black and white colors. Gone will be the traditional light blue colors.

The first movie set experience I had was for Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man. Sony publicized they wanted as much extras as possible for a Green Goblin attack scene. I went with several friends and I enjoyed knowing what it took to shoot a movie: long ass wait time before each take, plenty of lights and more waiting. It’s funny that my second movie experience was for a Spider-Man movie, only this one is for an adult entertainment parody. I’ve been checking out X-Men comics again thanks to the great trailer for X-Men: First Class. The trailer made me excited about the franchise again and I came across this Wolverine comic. He won’t be in the new movie but the fact that he wants to kill the X-Men in Wolverine #7 sounds pretty exciting. The comic comes out March 30, 2011 and it’ll also have Magneto involved. Love the cover of Logan being the anti hero and maybe even a villain.
