Casting: Amateur Voiceover Talent for Graphic Novel

Casting: Amateur Voiceover Talent for Graphic Novel

Have you ever dreamed of being the voice of a comic book character? This is an audition for non-professional voiceover talent.  Michael Dismuke is the creator of an Incredibles style graphic novel titled Gamemasters and is currently on Kickstarter. You can find out more about the graphic novel itself by going to the Gamemasters website.

If you’ve ever thought about being a voiceover artist, this is a great opportunity to get yourself out there and get experience as a voiceover artist. This genre can be tough to break into because a lot of anime companies like to use the same artists repeatedly or more well-known actors.  Just remember, not everyone starts out at the top. A lot of artists lend their talents to projects like this before getting that big break… and after.

Because this project is currently being funded by Kickstarter, there is no pay but voiceover talent will receive credit for their resumes, an autographed copy of the Gamemasters graphic novel, a cellphone case with your character of choice and a t-shirt that says “I am the voice of [character name].”

Deadline for submissions is March 15. For more information on how to submit, click here.
