From the short-lived “The Batman” animated show, these are some hard figures to come by. Probably 1 in every 10 cases–it’s best to grab them when you see them due to the fact that they fetch big money in the secondary market.
First is the standard Batgirl figure that is detailed from the cartoon. Dated 2005, she is one of the most difficult figures to find in the series (I didn’t get screwed on the cost though–well, not too much!) She comes with a figure stand and an odd weapon which opens with the “Power Key” that she comes with. The detail is nice and it makes for a good addition to a collection.
Blaster Batgirl is dated 2006 and had a short run. This figure is fascinating due to the fact that her costume is removable and exposes her face. Some of the best imagination comes from being able to recreate what the player has seen on TV. Although the colors are different–black and red, and the costume is different–resembling samurai armor, this figure is very nice and once again, the fact that her face is exposed makes it really collectible. Besides her armor she includes a figure stand, and her blaster that activates with another “Power Key” that is included.
Both Batgirl figures are great finds and at a reasonable price for being just 5 and 4 years old, these are truly Bitch’in toys!

The Batman has some really cool figures. Too bad they are so hard to find.

Cricket, the “purple” Batgirl is going between $35 and $60+. For being only 5 years old, that is over the top. I paid $20, so the cork screw wasn’t so bad considering.
