From the LA Times, Bay chats about the Transformers movie sound around award season. In the end, he talks about the third movie and how it’s going to focus more on the actual robots.
“There will be a nice crescendo ending,” Bay said. “It gets much more into the robot character. The last time you kind of met a few of the robots; this time you’re gonna get a much cooler landscape.”
If this means more character development for the Ghetto Twinz, I’m on board!

Don’t set your sights too high. Judging by the last movie, more character development probably means more bodily functions the transformers will be doing.

“More bodily functions the transformers will be doing”? That’s hilarious, but get your mind outta the gutter, young fella. 🙂

In Transformers 1 and 2, they’ve shown Bumblebee peeing, crying, squirting a fluid on a chick in the passenger seat, various robots farting, random robot having a weapon placed on his crotch, and Devastator possessing wrecking balls placed b/w his legs despite none of the vehicles making up Devastator having wrecking balls. I’d say Bay is the one that needs to get his mind out of the gutter.
